There was a time many years ago when songwriters were not afraid to go against conventional thoughts of what was believed to have value and instead, represent alternative viewpoints such as the function of underrated states of being that trumped those things we erroneously think of as having weight or merit. This tune is a classic example of this. In this track the singer eschews all the trappings of successful or heralded accolades in exchange for the one powerful thing he holds as value above all else.
